    Psychotherapy and counselling can be helpful with a range of problems, including low self esteem, anxiety, OCD, Intrusive thoughts, depression, work/life balance, relationship difficulties, trust issue, loss and bereavement, childhood issues, stress, addictions, self- harm, suicide, trauma and so on.

     

    It isn’t always easy to discuss the feelings that bother us with people close to us like relatives or friends. It can be a relief to share the problems we are experiencing with someone who is able to listen and insightfully reflect on what we are saying and feeling.
