My Approach

Through my Integrative, Relational, Research Informed Practice which is now fully online - accessible from anywhere in the UK and overseas you will get effective and practical therapeutic sessions and outcomes.

I offer Counselling/Psychotherapy and Behavioural Therapy for a wide range of emotional and psychological issues that you might be experiencing internally, at home, within your social circles or at your place of work including:

Depression, Anxiety, Stress, Sleep problems, Panic attacks, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Intrusive thoughts Addiction and Dependancy, Eating Disorders, Couples Therapy, Divorce complexities, New parenting, Parenting issues, Work-related stress, anxiety, bullying and so on


My practice will help equip you for stronger, more connected relationships, successful marriage, healthy divorce, dealing with parenting issues and difficult children/teenagers, empty nesting, infertility, infidelity, career change, difficulties at workplace, conflict with colleagues/manager, business growth, weight management, body image, fitness or sporting high performance, retirement and bereavement.


Through my practice you will have the opportunity to re- focus your mind on the changes that you desire to achieve . To identify and pursue new life-changing directions. Our work together will put your investments in  context when you get back to your life with increased confidence and resilience.

My practice is based on a relational approach and a collaborative way of working. I welcome questions and discussion of the process of your therapy at any time. You can expect a clear contract with me on the issues you choose to work with - I hope to support your increased freedom to make real choices in other areas of your life.

Professional and Ethical Practice

I am a registered member with the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and I adhere to the BACP Ethical Framework for Good Practice. 

I undertake regular supervision to ensure the quality of my work and I engage in ongoing development and training to support this work.


The fees stated below are payable for each 50 minute session and cover my time as well as ongoing professional costs which include: room hire; regular supervision, membership fees for professional organisations; insurance; ongoing professional training.


Counselling/Psychotherapy from £70 for individuals, £90 for couples (1 3/4 hrs) and £120 for families (1 1/2 hrs).

Student discount and Concessions (for low income), Counselling Certificate and Diploma Students
